- Photocopy of IVA return for the last 6 months
- Photocopy of income statement for the last 2 years
- Photocopy of taxpayer card
- Photocopy of the company's articles of incorporation (if it is a company)
If you receive additional income from property rental, these are also considered to evaluate your ability to pay. The documents to present are:
- Photocopy of DUI and NIT (both sides)
- Photocopy of the deed of the rental properties
- Photocopy of the rental contract of the properties for rent
SALVADOREAN ABROAD
Requirements to buy a property if you are Salvadoran and reside in the United States
- The minimum income required for salaried employees is $ 18,000 USD per year or if you are an independent professional or business owner, the minimum income required is $ 24,000 USD per year, according to the tax return.
- Photocopy of DUI and NIT (both sides)
- Photocopy of valid American passport or resident card
- Photocopy of Salvadoran passport
