• Access to world-class waves with professional surf instruction and a variety of surfboards, boogie boards, and skimboards. The hotel offers you a surf school and surfboard rentals with the best equipment to practise your skill for beginners and professionals right out front.
• The Surf Rental provides up to 30 different boards in all sizes and shapes to give your surfers the best experience in all Salvador’s best waves.
• The pool offers an expensive jet stream pump which we use to train how to paddle for beginners and to learn how to duck dive for intermediates.

Scooter and Motorcycle Rental: The scooter rental offers scooter and motorcycle rental of retro-style motorbikes owned by the Villa. All scooters and motorbikes are equipped with surfboard racks, so our guests can not only explore the area but also all the amazing surf spots the coast has to offer.

Massage and Chiropractic Service: Three times a week the hotel offers a massage and chiropractic service. We provide our own massage tables. Our 2 fully licensed massage therapists offer massages for 15 dollars and chiropractic service for 25 dollars per hour, which allows us to add almost the same amount on commission and still be way under price. You can imagine that all three days are always fully booked with clients.

Spanish lessons: Our local Spanish teacher comes to the Villa and offers individual or group Spanish lessons for your guests.

Bicycle rental: The villa is equipped with beach cruiser-style bikes for rent. All bikes are equipped with surfboard holders.

Car rental: The hotel works with local car rental companies. One phone call and they bring the cars to the Villa. We earn the commission.

Adventure Tours: Excursions to local volcanoes, waterfalls, and hiking trails showcasing the natural beauty of El Salvador.

Shuttle Service: There are 2 big shuttle companies running daily to Guatemala and Nicaragua on a commission basis. One of these companies even added the hotel as a stop at Surf City, which is not only great marketing but also very convenient for our guests.

Yoga Retreat: The hotel offers daily yoga and meditation sessions with top equipment in a tranquil environment by our own yoga instructors. Our equipment includes all yoga mats and blocks necessary to give your yogis a great experience.

Coworking Space: The Villa offers workspaces with high-speed internet of a steady line of 200 Mbps and the best 5G wifi routers you can get on the market, covering every inch of the property, even on the beach. All hammocks are equipped with charging stations installed on the palm trees, as well as around the pool.

Skateboarding Facilities: The villa is equipped with surf skate equipment. There is a pump track right behind the house. The hotel offers weekly surf skate training or daily surf skate rental.
